This notice explains the operation of the Riveted Bedrock inquiry website. It is separate from any facilities-management agreement.

What the form asks for

The form asks for your name, email address, property town or ZIP code, and a description of the support you are seeking. Company, telephone number, and area of interest are optional. Do not include access codes, security procedures, tenant details, financial records, or other sensitive information.

While email delivery is disconnected

While email delivery is disconnected, the inquiry is prepared only in your browser. It is not submitted to Riveted Bedrock. Copying or saving it is your choice. The website code does not save the inquiry in browser local storage or a website database.

When email delivery is enabled

Submitting an enabled inquiry form sends your details through the website’s server to the configured business email inbox, using an email delivery provider. The details are used to respond to the inquiry, understand your property needs, and discuss a potential engagement. Submission does not book a visit or create a service agreement.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email delivery is not connected. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information and retain security logs under their own policies. The inquiry tool does not currently send or store your form details on a server.

Other website requests

This build does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session recording, or marketing signup tools. The typefaces are requested from Google Fonts; those requests disclose ordinary connection information, such as the visitor’s IP address, to Google. The hosting provider also receives ordinary website request data. Browser or third-party services can have their own data practices.

Questions about an inquiry

Email Bob@rivetedbedrock.com to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of a previous inquiry. You can also use the property inquiry form once delivery is enabled. Do not resubmit sensitive information. This site does not provide emergency dispatch.

Service scope, scheduling, responsibilities, and any specialist trade requirements must be agreed separately before work begins.
